Builder's cleans after the trades leave
Once the last trade has packed up, we clear the heavy dust, offcuts and packaging so the site is safe to walk through and ready for the finer work.
Dust-freeing of vents, tracks and voids
Dust settles in the places a broom never reaches, so we work through vents, window tracks, socket fronts and service voids to stop it reappearing later.
Waste and packaging taken away
Leftover materials, cardboard and site rubbish are bagged, separated where we can and removed, leaving the property clear for snagging and photographs.
