Cleanothers Care is the post-construction cleaning service run by GLEAM & CLEAN LTD. We work for builders, developers, joiners, electricians and homeowners across the UK who need a site turned from a working area into somewhere you can actually hand over, photograph or move into.
Post-construction cleaning is not the same as a domestic clean with a bit more dust. Plaster dust settles into every ledge and socket, window frames carry protective film and sticker residue, and floors hide screws, offcuts and dried adhesive. We work top down and dry to wet, clearing debris first, then vacuuming with the right filtration, then cleaning surfaces, glass and floors in a set order so nothing gets re-contaminated.
Every job starts with a short conversation about the site: what stage it is at, when it needs to be ready, and what finish is expected. From that we agree the scope in writing, including whether waste removal is wanted, and confirm access arrangements such as keys, alarm codes and parking. You will not be asked to guess what is included.
On the day, a small team arrives with commercial vacuums, extendable poles, blades for film and residue, and trade-grade materials. We protect what is already finished, work around any trades still on site, and keep the space safe as we go. If we spot something that looks like a defect rather than dirt, we flag it rather than clean over it.
We do not promise miracles on a job that needs more time than has been allowed, and we will say so before you book. What we do promise is a clear scope, an honest timescale and a team that treats your snagging list as the point of the exercise, not an afterthought.
